TEDxSydney

TEDx 2017 was held in the ICC on June 16th to the largest  TEDx audience in Australia to date, with a crowd of 4 200 industry leading thinkers and creators. 

 

As the Head of Partnerships, AVANT was tasked with managing partner activations from contract to delivery. These event partners included The University of Sydney, St George, TFE Hotels, VMware, Alphasys, Logitech, Ooh Media, Sydney Morning Herald and Leo Burnett. 

As well as securing and account managing partnerships across TEDxSydney, AVANT also worked alongside major partners and event partners to create, produce and deliver their activations for 2017. 

 

These activations included bespoke presentation workshops for Logitech, immersive VR creative experiences with Google Tilt Brush for The Sydney Morning Herald, problem solving and community engagement activities for Alphasys and a coffee activation for The University of Sydney.

Each activation had to be both suitable for the brands commercial objectives, but also in line with the audience objectives that TEDxSydney has, to ensure that activations have legitimate creative and beneficial experiences for the TEDx community.
